mediocre stay overall
inoperative tvreception problem
The tv in my room didn't work, so streaming services were unavailable. i called reception. Nobody answered and didn't bother to call back, pretty annoying. i really wanted to watch something but had no luck with the tv during my entire stay.

I was pleased to find my room very clean. The adjustable shower head in the walk-in shower was good. The bedding and mattress allowed for perfect sleep!
The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a small inconvenience.

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and a shopping mall! It provides great access for exploring the neighborhood and it is just a short distance from the waterfront.

Breakfast included many different options and the choices were very good! I found the lactose and gluten-free options quite excellent. It definitely caters to various dietary needs.

I found the staff efficient and friendly. At check-in a new staff member was supervised well by a senior colleague! This clearly showed staff integrity and their dedication to the hotel.

The location was superb. it was very close to the train station, oriente. access to the airport was quite easy! the staff presented themselves as helpful and friendly. I found this very appreciable. also, my room was clean.

Super clean and Convenient
friendly staffclean hotel
The hotel was very close to both the airport and the train station. Storing our bags after checkout was permitted. This helped a lot. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
